Green Pepper & Potatoes
Ingredients
- 8 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 stick butter
Directions
- Place sliced potatoes in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add in onion, green peppers and seasonings to taste. Stir all together. Slice the butter over top and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
