Green Goddess Dressing

- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 green onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
- 2 parsley sprigs, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar (or 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon or 2 teaspoons fresh)
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
