Green Goddess Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 med. sized clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. minced green onion tops
- 1 tbsp. anchovy paste or possibly 3 or possibly 4 whole anchovies, mashed
- 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 or possibly 2 drops green food coloring
Directions
- Combine garlic, onion and anchovy paste. Add in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve as a dressing for mixed greens or possibly for shrimp or possibly crab meat.
