Green Bean And Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 6 med. potatoes, peeled & diced
- 3 slices fried bacon
- 1 can cut green beans with juice
- 2 cans (14 ounce.) evaporated lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil potatoes in 1 1/2 qt water. Boil till tender. Keeping 1 qt of potato water, add in green beans and evaporated lowfat milk. Cook till potatoes start to fall apart. Add in bacon and salt and pepper to taste.
