Here's a dish I have been fine tuning for years. It's a hearty chicken soup that dishes a good medicine if someone in your family is not feeling just enjoy a good soup! I make this for my wife anytime she is not feeling well and it gets her going again by the next day! In the picture you will see sliced fresh Jalapeno Pepper floating around in the bowl...I am a hot pepper nut so I enjoy adding this to the soup after it is served. The pepper tastes good served fresh (not cooked) in there, and hot peppers are not always for everyone, so I add it in the end. Do this at your own discretion!
