German Chocolate Coffee Cake
Super moist and easy to prepare. Cake Doctor recipe. Ingredients
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup AP flour
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 can coconut pecan frosting
- topping: powdered sugar
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 F.
- Mix eggs in a bowl, add all other ingredients.
- Stir until completely blended.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Pour in batter and smooth with a spatula.
- Bake 45 minutes and beging checking with a toothpick.
- When done, let cool before removing from pan.
- Let stand one hour, sprinkle on powdered sugar.
- Keeps for 3-4 days on the counter, covered.
