    Ingredients

    • 3 eggs beaten
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/3 cup oil
    • 1/3 cup AP flour
    • 1 box German chocolate cake mix
    • 1 can coconut pecan frosting
    • topping: powdered sugar

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 375 F.
    2. Mix eggs in a bowl, add all other ingredients.
    3. Stir until completely blended.
    4. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
    5. Pour in batter and smooth with a spatula.
    6. Bake 45 minutes and beging checking with a toothpick.
    7. When done, let cool before removing from pan.
    8. Let stand one hour, sprinkle on powdered sugar.
    9. Keeps for 3-4 days on the counter, covered.

        Hello! I was looking for a coffee cake recipe that I could make with German chocolate cake mix and the prepared icing. I found this recipe but I have to ask what size of Pan did you use and you really mix the frosting into the batter right off the bat ? Thanks so much.
