    Ingredients

    • 1 x (Reynold's) cooking bag
    • 2 Tbsp. flour
    • 2 can (15 ounce each) diced tomatoes
    • 1 tsp celery seed
    • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    • 3 x ribs celery, thinly sliced
    • 1 x or possibly 2 carrots, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    • 1 sm onion, minced, or possibly 1 Tbsp. chopped dry onion
    • 1 x to 1 1/2 pounds round steak, 1/2 inch thick, cut in serving-size pcs

    Directions

    1. Measure flour into cooking bag. Add in tomatoes, celery seed, tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Squeeze bag (carefully hold the top to keep it from spilling) to mix all ingredients. Add in vegetables and steak.
    2. Secure top of bag with tie; place in crock pot. Cut several small vents in the top to allow steam to escape. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hrs, then pour into a serving bowl. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
    3. Serves 4 to 6
