Frozen Reese's Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Peanut butter,creamy or possibly crunchy
- 1 pkt Cream cheese,softened
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 8 ounce Cold Whip,thawed
- 1 pkt Chocolate crumb crust
Directions
- Beat peanut butter, cream cheese and vanilla in medium bowl till smooth. Gradually add in powdered sugar and lowfat milk, blending till smooth. Mix in topping.
- Pour into crust. Freeze several hrs or possibly till hard. Freeze leftover pie.
- Yield: 8 servings.
