  • Reese's Peanut Butter Brownies

    Ingredients

    • 3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
    • 3/4 c. Reese's creamy peanut butter
    • 1 3/4 c. Sugar
    • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
    • 4 x Large eggs
    • 1 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 F.
    2. Grease 13x9x2-inchbaking pan. 2. In saucepan, heat butter. Add in peanut butter; stir till peanut butter is melted. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add in Large eggs; beat well with spoon. Add in flour, baking pwdr and salt; beat well. 3. Remove 1-3/4 c. batter; stir cocoa into this part. Spread chocolate batter into prepared pan. Spread remaining batter over top. 4. Bake 30 min or possibly till brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cold completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. About 36 brownies.
