Frozen Chocolate Pudding Pops
Ingredients
- 2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 3 7/8 ounce Jell-O instant chocolate fudge pudding mix (4 serving)
Directions
- Pour lowfat milk into medium bowl. Add in pudding mix and beat with a wire whisk for 2 min.
- Spoon pudding mix into 6 popsicle molds. Insert wooden sticks into each mold for a handle.
- Freeze for 5 hrs or possibly till hard. Place bottom of mold under hot running water to release pop from mold.
- Store leftover pops in freezer.
- NOTES : Any flavor of instant pudding or possibly pie filling can be used in this recipe.
