Ingredients

  • 2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 3 7/8 ounce Jell-O instant chocolate fudge pudding mix (4 serving)

Directions

  1. Pour lowfat milk into medium bowl. Add in pudding mix and beat with a wire whisk for 2 min.
  2. Spoon pudding mix into 6 popsicle molds. Insert wooden sticks into each mold for a handle.
  3. Freeze for 5 hrs or possibly till hard. Place bottom of mold under hot running water to release pop from mold.
  4. Store leftover pops in freezer.
  5. NOTES : Any flavor of instant pudding or possibly pie filling can be used in this recipe.
