Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Bars
Ingredients
- 2 pkt Sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
- 3 1/3 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Peanut butter
- 27 x Graham cracker squares
Directions
- 1. Mix pudding according to package directions, except use 3-1/3 c. skim lowfat milk. Beat in peanut butter.
- 2. Line a 9x13 pam with half grahm cracker squares. 3 will have to be cut in half.
- 3. Spread pudding mix over grahm crackers. Top with remaining crackers.
- 4. Freeze for four hrs. Cut into squares and remove from pan. Store in plastic bag.
