This is for basic fried rice, it was good and had a delicate flavor.

    Ingredients

    • 2-4 cups day old old white rice
    • 1-2 green onions
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • pepper to taste
    • 4 tbsp Sesame oil
    • 4 cups day old cold rice
    • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp Chinese five spice

    Directions

    1. Finely chop the green onion.
    2. Heat the wok and add 2 tbsps of the oil. When the oil's hot add the eggs and scramble using either chopsticks or a wooden spoon. When the eggs are scrambled lightly but not dry remove them from the wok and set aside.
    3. Add the remaining 2 tbsps of the oil, once the oil is heated add the rice. Stir-fry the rice for a few minutes using the chopsticks or spoon to break it apart. Stir in the soy sauce.
    4. When the rice is heated add in the egg and the green onion, salt and pepper. Stir-fry it until it's heated all the way through.
    5. Serve while hot and enjoy.
