Fried Ravioli
Ingredients
- Cheese ravioli for four (frzn or possibly fresh)
- 2 x -3 cloves garlic
- 3 x -4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c. peas or possibly minced broccoli Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Boil ravioli till not quite al dente. While it's boiling, heat oil. Press garlic into oil and briefly saute/fry. Drain ravioli and add in to garlic and oil. Fry on medium heat, turning occasionally, till edges start to get crispy brown.
- Broccoli can be fried at the same time, or possibly microwaved separately till slightly crisp and added to ravioli toward the end. Peas should be added toward the end.
- Serve with grated Parmesan (and salt and pepper.)
