FRESH CAUGHT PAN FISH
I HAVE FOUND THAT THIS IS FAST AND EZ WAY TO MAKE A MEAL FIT FOR A KING Ingredients
- Fresh Pan Fish ( crappie, bluegill, etc.)
Directions
- filet the fish and bathe in cold water, drain
- make egg wash (normally 3 or 4 eggs)
- Bowl # 1 Fish
- Bowl # 2 Egg wash
- Bowl # 3 Flour
- bowl # 4 Panko Bread crumbs
- Dip your filet in the egg wash, flour, egg wash, Panko
- bread crumbs
- Fry in a pan of your choice until golden brown
- Serve with Tatar Sauce and rye bread and butter
