Ingredients

  • Fresh Pan Fish ( crappie, bluegill, etc.)

Directions

  1. filet the fish and bathe in cold water, drain
  2. make egg wash (normally 3 or 4 eggs)
  3. Bowl # 1 Fish
  4. Bowl # 2 Egg wash
  5. Bowl # 3 Flour
  6. bowl # 4 Panko Bread crumbs
  7. Dip your filet in the egg wash, flour, egg wash, Panko
  8. bread crumbs
  9. Fry in a pan of your choice until golden brown
  10. Serve with Tatar Sauce and rye bread and butter
