French Silk Pie
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, creamed Add in gradually 3/4 c. sugar, creaming well. Blend in 1 square chocolate, melted and cooled. Add in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Directions
- Add in 2 Large eggs, one at a time, beating 5 min after each addition. (medium speed on mixer) Turn into cooled, baked pie shell. Refrigerate1 to 2 hrs. Before serving top with whipped cream and walnuts, if you like.
- Note: If you don't want to use raw Large eggs, substitute egg beaters to equal 2 Large eggs.
