    THIS WAS A RECIPE I HAD HANGING AROUND I MADE IT SEVERAL TIMES MY FAMILY MEMBERS RAVED ABOUT SO UNTIL NOW I AM STILL MAKING IT.

    Ingredients

    • 1 CUP (2 STICKS) BUTTER @ ROOM TEMPERATURE
    • 2 CUPS GRANULATED SUGAR
    • 2 1/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
    • 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
    • 1/2 TSP SALT
    • 1 CONTAINER( 8 OZ) PINEAPPLE OR ORANGE YOGURT
    • 1TSP VANILLA
    • 1/2CUP 10X SUGAR(NONE AS CONFECTIONERS SUGAR)
    • 1-2 TBSP LEMON JUICE

    Directions

    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES . GREASE AND FLOUR A 1O''(12) CUP BUNDT OR TUBE PAN
    2. BEAT TOGETHER BUTTER, SUGAR FLOUR, BAKING SODA ,SALT , YOGURT EGGS ZEST OF EITHER A LEMON OR AN ORANGE AND THE VANILLA AT LOW SPEED IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL WELL BLENDED INCREASE SPEED TO MEDIUM , AND BEAT 3 MINUTES MORE THEN POUR INTO PREPARED PAN
    3. BAKE IN PREHEATED 325 * OVEN FOR 50 -60 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTH PICK INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN,
    4. THEN TRANSFER PAN TO A WIRE RACK AND COOL FOR
    5. 15 MINUTES, THEN TURN CAKE OUT ONTO THE RACK
    6. TO COOL COMPLETELY.
    7. WHEN CAKE IS COMPLETELY COOLED, WHISK TOGETHER
