EGGLESS BROWNIES
This is kids’ favourite baked foods. It’s an ideal dessert for those who are cutting off eggs in their diets. Try it!
Ingredients:
TOPPING: (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Heat milk and vinegar in a saucepan. When bubbles appear (starts to curdle), turn off the flame.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and blend.
Stir in hot milk and mix by spoon thoroughly.
Add little water if necessary to form a thick batter.
Pour mixture into a greased baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
Mix condensed milk and cocoa powder.
Spread topping over baked mixture.
