Easy Spanish Meat Balls
Super easy and delicious with mashed potatoes or pasta Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 can Spanish rice
- ketchup
Directions
- Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Form into 5 or 6 equal size meatball.
- Put meat balls in an oven-safe dish.
- Add in just a little water in the bottom of the pan.
- Top each with a little squirt of ketchup
- Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
