This savory, herb-infused bread is easy to make with a little help from frozen bread dough.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • ¾ tsp. dried parsley flakes
    • ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
    • ¼ cup butter, melted
    • 2 tsp. minced garlic
    • 1 loaf (1 lb.) frozen bread dough, thawed

    Directions

    1. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
    2. Combine cheese, parsley and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
    3. In a second small bowl, combine garlic and butter.
    4. Divide dough into 16 pieces and roll into balls. Dip each ball in butter mixture and then roll in cheese and herb mixture. Put balls in prepared loaf pan.
    5. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
    6. Bake at 350° for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to cooling rack.
