Easy Pinto Beans And Ham Hocks
Ingredients
- 1 c. dry pinto beans - (to 2 c.)
- 2 x smoked ham hocks - (to 3)
- 1 x bay leaf Water
Directions
- Place beans and ham hocks in crock pot with bay leaf. Cover with water. Cook overnight on LOW or possibly for 6 to 8 hrs on HIGH.
- No need to season because ham hocks give dish flavor. Serve with cornbread!
