Easy Grape Jelly
You can use fresh or bottled grape juice. Ingredients
- 5 c. grape juice
- 7 c. sugar
- 1 box Sure-Jell pectin
Directions
- Measure juice into large 6 or 8 qt pot.
- Measure sugar into a bowl.
- Add in the Sure-Jell pectin to the juice, stirring in well.
- Bring mix to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Quickly add in sugar, stir in well, and bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and skim off any foam with large spoon.
- Pour into jars and seal.
