Easy Grape Jelly

You can use fresh or bottled grape juice.

Ingredients

  • 5 c. grape juice
  • 7 c. sugar
  • 1 box Sure-Jell pectin

Directions

  1. Measure juice into large 6 or 8 qt pot.
  2. Measure sugar into a bowl.
  3. Add in the Sure-Jell pectin to the juice, stirring in well.
  4. Bring mix to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Quickly add in sugar, stir in well, and bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat and skim off any foam with large spoon.
  6. Pour into jars and seal.
