Easy Garlic Fried Rice
This is a very simple yet tasty fried rice recipe that you can make everyday. Ingredients
- 1 big bowl of rice (leftovers are usually used)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Canola oil
- 1/4 tsp iodized salt
Directions
- Knead the cold rice to separate the grains.
- Saute the minced garlic until golden brown, do not burn.
- Stir in the rice.
- Mix well and add in the salt. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir fry constantly so the rice mixture will cook evenly.
- Once cooked, place your Garlic Fried Rice in a large platter and serve.
