Easy Garlic Fried Rice

This is a very simple yet tasty fried rice recipe that you can make everyday.

Ingredients

  • 1 big bowl of rice (leftovers are usually used)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp Canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp iodized salt

Directions

  1. Knead the cold rice to separate the grains.
  2. Saute the minced garlic until golden brown, do not burn.
  3. Stir in the rice.
  4. Mix well and add in the salt. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir fry constantly so the rice mixture will cook evenly.
  6. Once cooked, place your Garlic Fried Rice in a large platter and serve.
