Easy Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 c. Unsalted butter, melted
- 8 1/2 ounce Box cornbread mix
- 1 lb Can corn kernals, liquid removed
- 1 lb Can cream style corn
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Brush 3 qt shallow baking dish with some melted butter. Mix cornbread mix, corn kernals, creamed corn, lowfat sour cream and butter with spoon till well blended. Place in prepared buttered dish. Bake at 350 for 50-55 min. Cold 5-10 min before serving.
