Corn Pudding 1
Ingredients
- 2 x ca, (No. 303) cream style corn
- 1/4 lb melted butter
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Serves 12 to 14.
