Easy Cheddar Mustard Beer Dip
Ingredients
- 12 ounce Pasteurized processed cheddar cheese sprea, cubed
- 4 ounce Cream cheese, cubed
- 2/3 c. Beer
- 1/2 c. Grey Poupon Mustard
- 1/3 c. Green onions, minced Minced red bell pepper, garnish Pretzel chips, breadsticks or possibly bagel chips, for dipping
Directions
- In medium saucepan, over low heat, heat cheese spread and cream cheese till melted and smooth. Slowly blend in beer and mustard. Stir in green onions. Pour into serving bowl; garnish with minced bell pepper. Serve with pretzel chips, breadsticks or possibly bagel chips.
