Beer Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Medium Cheddar cheese, block
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8+ oz. beer
- Crackers for serving
Directions
- Cut cheese into cubes.
- In a food processor, pulse the cheese, garlic, Worcestershire, dry mustard and cayenne until cheese is finely shredded and the seasonings are incorporated.
- With food processor running add the beer until smooth.
- Let sit overnight before serving with Crackers.
