Dublin Corned Beef Dinner
Ingredients
- 4 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 sm. cabbage, cored
- 1 (12 ounce.) can corned beef
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. French dressing
Directions
- Combine potatoes and 1 c. of water in a skillet. Cover and cook for 5 min. Push potatoes to center. Cut cabbage into 6 wedges. Arrange around potatoes. Cover and cook 10 min. Slice corned beef in 6 slices. Arrange over potatoes. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and salad dressing. Spoon over corned beef. Heat slightly and serve.
