Dos Queso Dip
Ingredients
- 1 x (16 oz) container lowfat sour cream
- 1 x (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 x (1 oz) package taco seasoning mix
- 2 c. shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 tsp dry, crushed Mexican oregano salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, blend lowfat sour cream and cream cheese till smooth. Fold in taco seasoning mix. Stir in salsa, Mexican oregano, salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with Pepper Jack cheese. Bake in the preheated oven 10 min, or possibly till cheese is melted.
