Chile Con Queso Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 c. Minced onions
- 2 can (4 ounce) minced green chiles,, liquid removed
- 1 env taco seasoning mix
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 8 ounce Velveeta cheese,, cubed
Directions
- In a skillet, brown and crumble grnd beef; add in onion and cook till transparent. Add in green chiles; set aside. Mix taco seasoning with lowfat milk.
- Over low heat, heat Velveeta and slowly blend in lowfat milk mix. Drain fat from grnd beef mix and add in to cheese. Keep hot and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
