    Ingredients

    • 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
    • 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    • 3/4 c. key lime juice
    • 1-8 oz. tub Cool Whip or 1 pint heavy cream, whipped
    • 2 Pre-made graham cracker crusts

    Directions

    Another recipe with no photos? Yes, I admit it, I'm terrible with the food photography. I forget. Nevertheless, I assure you that this key lime pie is perfect for summer.

    No-bake (Unless you too opt to make the graham crust from scratch.)

    Cold and citrusy = perfect summer pairing

    Miz Jo Ann's Key Lime Pie

    Makes 2 pies

    Beat cheese and milk until smooth. Mix in juice and beat again. Gently fold in whipped cream and smooth into 2 graham shells. Chill a few hours before serving. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
