Date Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1 x Recipe cooked Date Granola
- 6 Tbsp. Egg substitute (90 ml)
- 1/4 c. Fruit juice - peach, white grape, apple, or possibly orange (59 ml)
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon (2.5 ml)
- 1 dsh Grnd nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine, melted (15 g) Butter-flavored cooking spray
Directions
- Packed with flavor, these bars are satisfying, healthy, and quick to make.
- Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Combine all ingredients; pat into a 9-inch (23 cm square nonstick baking pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Press down firmly. Bake for 20 to 25 min. Cut into 2-inch
- (5 cm) squares. Cold.
- Makes 16 bars.
