Cutlets And Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
- 4-6 pork cutlets
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- Flour
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Flour pork cutlets and brown slightly on both sides. Place in oven proof dish. Add in lowfat milk and soup; stir slightly. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
