Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork cutlets
  • 1 tbsp. shortening
  • Flour
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Flour pork cutlets and brown slightly on both sides. Place in oven proof dish. Add in lowfat milk and soup; stir slightly. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
