Cucumber Mint Raita
A simple raita that goes well with Indian or spicy grilled food. I served it with Grilled Tandoori Turkey Tenderloin. A link is provided. It can be refrigerated and used later. It actually tastes better to me cold. Ingredients
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced as desired
- 1/2 Greek yogurt
- Fresh or dried mint to taste
- Honey to taste
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Toss all ingredients for the raita together in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
