Cube Steak And Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
- 4 to 6 cube steaks
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/2 can water
- 1 can mushrooms, liquid removed
Directions
- Flour and brown cube steak, add in onion and cook till onion is transparent. Heat soup, adding 1/2 can of water. Stir till smooth; add in mushrooms. Pour over steak. Reduce heat and simmer 50 min to one hour.
