Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients
- 12 oz (small elbow) macaroni
- 1 lg. can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cup regular milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 cups grated cheese (I use Mild Cheddar)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Cook macaroni for 6 minutes and drain
- Cut the margarine up into slices
- Whisk eggs, slightly
- Mix the evaporated milk, regular milk, eggs, margarine, 3 cups cheese, salt and pepper together well in the crock-pot.
- Add the cooked macaroni
- Mix well
- Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese over the top
- Cover the crock-pot
- Cook on low for three hours
- Do not open crock-pot
