Crockpot Chicken low fat
Can be used in many dishes Ingredients
- 5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts trimmed of all fat
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 1 cup low fat ranch dressing
Directions
- Pour dressing in crock pot.
- Add chicken and stir to coat well.
- Top with capers and drizzle with lemon juice
- Cook on low for 2 ¾ hours.
- Crock pot times may vary.
- Serve or chill and refrigerate for one of many, many uses
