Garlic Herbed Grilled Chicken (Low Fat Recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 can Swanson Seasoned Chicken Broth With Roasted Garlic - (14 1/2 ounce)
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves (abt 1 lb)
Directions
- Pour broth into large shallow nonmetallic dish. Add in chicken and turn to coat. Cover and chill 15 min.
- Remove chicken from broth. Grill chicken on lightly oiled grill rack over medium-warm coals 15 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink, turning and brushing often with broth.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
