Low Fat Crockpot Chicken And Veggie Bake
Ingredients
- 8 x boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 can whole potatoes liquid removed
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 bot fat free Italian salad dressing
- 1 pkt frzn vegetables
- 1 can water chestnuts (optional) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Sprinke chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic pwdr. Put chicken in bottom of crockpot. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook on HIGH for 4 to 6 hrs or possibly on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
