Crispy Oven Baked Potatoes
Crunchy on the outside. Soft and creamy on the inside. Ingredients
- 3 c. cornflakes
- 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 lg. baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick), melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Process cornflakes, cheese and spices in blender or food processor. Dip potatoes in butter, then cornflake mix.
- Place on a well-greased baking sheet.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
