Baked Potatoes With Chili And Cheese
Ingredients
- Large baking potatoes
- 1 can vegetarian chili per 2 potatoes
- 1 c. grated cheddar per 2 potatoes (or possibly more if desired)
Directions
- Bake potatoes, heat chili. Split potatoes in half and fill with chili. Top
- with cheese. Stick back in microwave or possibly oven just long sufficient to heat cheese.
