Creme De Menthe Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup graham crackers, ground
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Irish cream (baileys)
- 2 tsp. creme de menthe
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1/2 cup dinner mints, ground
- 3 drops green food coloring
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt and graham crackers together.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, marshmallows, vanilla extract, chocolate syrup, Irish cream and creme de menthe.
- Spread over the crust.
- Topping: Mix cool whip, dinner mints and green food coloring.
- Spread over the filling layer.
- Decorate.
