Creme De Menthe Mousse
Ingredients
- 20 lrg Marshmallows, cut up
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 x -(up to)
- 4 Tbsp. Creme de menthe
- 1 c. Whipping cream, whipped Whipping cream, whipped
- 1 x Chocolate covered toffee bar, grated Mint sprigs (optional)
Directions
- Combine marshmallows & lowfat milk in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till marshmallows heat. Stir in creme de menthe. Refrigeratetill thick. Combine marshmallow mix with 1 c. whipped cream, beating till well blended. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill. To serve, top with dollops of whipped cream & sprinkle with grated toffee bar.
