Creamy Jalapeno Mint Dip
Ooh la-la great with warmed tortilla chips! Ingredients
- 2 Jalapeno Peppers (remove stems, leave as many seeds as desired for heat level), chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 3 mint leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (bottled concentrate)
- 1/2 Fresh whole lime (juice only)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, jalapeno peppers, and stir well add all other ingredients and stir, stir, stir.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves
- We love this served with homemade tortilla chips (warmed from the oven)
