  • Layered Ranchero Dip

    Ingredients

    • 2 cans jalapeno bean dip
    • 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
    • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
    • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    • 2 (4 ounce) cans minced green chilies
    • 4 medium size ripe avocados
    • 2 teaspoon lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
    • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    • 2 c. sliced green onions
    • 2 c. minced tomatoes
    • 1 (16 ounce) can pitted ripe olives, sliced
    • Tortilla chips (to dip in cooked recipe)

    Directions

    1. In a 15 x 10 inch shallow serving dish, layer the following: Bean dip, lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning; mix. Sprinkle chilies. Peel, pit, and mash avocados and put together with lime juice, salt, and garlic. Sprinkle with cheese, onions, and tomatoes. Top with sliced olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till cheese melts.
