Layered Taco Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can jalapeno bean dip
- 8 ounce jalapeno taco dip
- 4 ounce salsa
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 sm. sweet onion, minced
- 1 lg. ripe avocado, minced
- 2 lg. tomatoes, finely minced
- 1 sm. can sliced black olives (optional)
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- On large serving platter, spread bean dip; over which layer pepper dip. Then thinly spread salsa. Put together lowfat sour cream, taco seasoning and layer which over all.Top with onion, avocado, tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
